Mother’s & Father’s Day Printables

Father's Day Handprint Tree 2016 It seems like every year I get an email earlier and earlier to see if we are posting a new Father’s Day Handprint Tree. Well, no need to email or worry because here it is, Father’s Day Handprint Tree 2016.

Fathers-Day-tree-2016

All you’ll need is:

Fathers-Day-Handprint-gift

Begin by painting your child’s hand with the green paint of your choice. It’s tricky with little ones, so make sure you have wipes on hand.

fathers-day-handprint-tree-gift

Carefully place their hand on the tree and press gently on each finger so that the print is nice and shows up.

So cute huh! Since I have 3 girls, they each get a branch. If you have more kids, you can add more handprints and make a bigger tree. If you have less kids, have them do more hands.

I’m kinda in love with these and so are my girls. They love to give them as gifts. And I think the grandpa’s love them too.

Mother's Day Handprint Flower 2016

I’m a sucker for anything handprint from my girls. I love seeing the growth from year to year through their hands. You probably know this because I like to post project and gift ideas using handprints. Of course I had to make another Mother’s Day Handprint Flower Printable for 2016.

These always make a fun gift for grandmas too because it’s one of a kinda artwork from their favorite children.

They are quick but can be messy so I suggest having some wet wipes nearby. Also, clothes that are okay to have paint on them, and a surface that could get paint on it. 😉

Mothers-day-flowers-supplies

Other then the suggestions above, you’re going to need the free printable, which you can download below, some paint, a paper plate to put the paint on, and a paint brush.

mothers-day-flower-paint

Paint your child’s hand so that you can control the amount. Then they can place the hand on a stem.

mothers-day-flower-handprint

You can also let them use their creativity to make flowers with their fingers or thumbs.

mother's-day-flower-thumbprints

This can get on the messy side so beware and have your wipes handy.

I loved watching how she made each flower.

A fun little action shot of her showing me her painted thumb.

And there you have it. You can have each child complete one page each, or have each child do only one flower. This project is so fun and each one is unique.

Father's-Day-Handprint-Tree-2015

This Father’s Day Handprint Tree has become one of the most requested posts for this time of year. In fact, I’m always surprised how early you all start asking for this.

This year I went a little more simple with the frame but added in a different tree to give you a few more options.  I think that I’ll have my three girls just add their hands wherever they want on the tree. Usually I try to stage it a bit but they are getting old enough that they can just place their hands and then it has more of their touch to it.

If you have questions on how to do this please refer back to previous Father’s Day Handprint trees like:

Mother's Day Printable

Mother’s Day is right around the corner! As a mom I adore the sweet little gifts I receive from my kiddos. I have had many breakfasts in bed that I would have to say were very interesting… but endearing.

DSC_0050 copy

These past few weeks, I have been brainstorming with my good friend Holly, and we came up with this fun Mother’s Day Printable. It not only gives “Mom” an option of what food she likes and where she would like to eat her breakfast. But, also a 2nd Mother’s Day printable that is all about “Mom” and the kinds of things she likes and enjoys. Such a great way for kids and or hubby to get to know you better! These printables could be used for a very fun Mother’s Day morning full of memories and love.

Hi everyone! June is here and Father’s Day is right around the corner. My name is Kiki from Kiki and Company and I am thrilled to be here today to share a quick printable project to make the dads in your life feel special.

Printable Daddy Ties. Love these for Father's Day!

I LOVE spoiling the dads in my life on Father’s Day to let them know how much they are loved.  I wanted to come up with a cute “card” that kids could fill out for them and the Daddy Tie was born.

Printable Daddy Ties. Love these for Father's Day! 3 colors

The Daddy Tie is super easy to put together. Simply download the tie. Print and cut out. Have your child fill out the questionnaire or if they are too little, you can help them.

Printable Daddy Ties. These will be perfect for Father's Day!

(and believe me when I say how fun it is to hear the answers those cute kiddos give!)

Printable Daddy Ties. Cute!

Then simply glue the top of the tie (patterned) to the questionnaire. I left a little space at the top to put your glue!

Printable Daddy Ties. 3 colors..perfect for Father's day!

Punch the designated holes and add string, yarn, ribbon, etc. to the tie long enough to tie around daddy’s neck. I even added some little printable tie tacks you can glue on them if you want. You are done!

Printable Daddy Ties. Super Easy and fun.

The answers my 3 older kids gave were perfect. He smiled and laughed at some, but the one similarity between them all is that they called him the best dad in the world and that made him feel like a million bucks!

Printable Daddy Ties. I can't wait to see what my kids say. #fathersday

I hope you and your kiddos have a blast making a daddy tie for the dads in your life and hope you make them feel like a king on their day!

I went simple this year with just a brown stitch boarder.
