I’ve decided that I would give you all a printable with the year, but also a blank one just in case you wanted to print this off for future years.

Step One:
After adding green paint to a plastic plate or other surface, take the sponge brush and add paint to the child’s hand.
Step Two:
Gently place the child’s hand onto the tree printable. I like to hold the kids hands on the paper and press down so it gives a nice handprint impression.
Step Three:
Carefully, lift their hand up and hold onto the wrist so paint doesn’t end up on anything you care about.
Step Four:
Repeat that process again until you have a full tree. This is fun to do with one child, or several.
When it comes to clean up, I like to have baby wipes close by to clean hands quickly.
