Game Day Meatballs
This is a pretty well known recipe, but I was so surprised when I first heard it. I think I asked for the recipe multiple times because the meatballs are so good, but the ingredients seemed a little strange. Game Day Meatballs are one of those recipes you’ll just have to try to believe.
The ingredients are a bag of frozen meatballs, a jar of grape jelly and a jar of cocktail sauce.
First, dump the meatballs into a Crockpot. You can put them straight in from the freezer, no need to thaw.
Second, add the jelly and cocktail sauce right on the top. I guess you could mix them together before adding, but it won’t make any difference. Cook on low 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally.
- 1 jar cocktail sauce
- 1 jar grape jelly
- 1 bag frozen meatballs
- Dump frozen meatballs in Crockpot.
- Add grape jelly and cocktail sauce.
- Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
Serve straight from the Crockpot to keep the meatballs warm throughout the game.
