Decadent Molten Chocolate Cake

Do you need a quick, easy, Valentine dessert idea?  This one is it.  It comes together super fast but makes you look like a superstar.  I make this up almost every Valentine’s Day and my husband still doesn’t know that I spent around 20 minutes start to finish on it.  He thinks it’s a real treat which scores me brownie points. Save Print Decadent Molten Chocolate Cake Ingredients 4 squares Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate (use a good quality chocolate) ½ cup (1 stick) butter 1 cup powdered sugar 2 eggs 2 egg yolks 6 Tbsp. flour Homemade whipping cream Instructions PREHEAT oven to 425°F. Butter four ¾-cup custard cups or soufflé dishes. Place on baking sheet. MICROWAVE chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until butter is melted. Need I say more? I made these last night for Valentine’s Day and they were so yummy and so easy! Next time I would make homemade whipping cream for the topping. They were super rich so sharing one with your hubbie is the way to go. Enjoy!!! 4 squares BAKER’S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter 1 cup powdered sugar 2 eggs 2 egg yolks 6 Tbsp. flour 1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping PREHEAT oven to 425°F. Butter four 3/4-cup custard cups or soufflé dishes. Place on baking sheet. MICROWAVE chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until butter is melted.
