If you haven't noticed, I like my crafts cheap and quick. In the past Halloween hasn't been that big of a deal--I skip it and go straight to my fall or Thanksgiving decorations. Homemade Order Up Food!
A few weeks ago I saw these Homemade Order Up Foods! And then a week later Bakerella posted these. By then my love for mini hamburgers was official. How adorable are they? My sister found this template for a new DIY iPod Revamp. The Dollar Tree has all sorts of iPod Nano 3G covers, and she had just bought the hard, clear plastic one and wanted to dress up her silver nano. DIY Advent Calendar
To start the Christmas season, I made each of our primary kids a DIY Advent Calendar to give them today (so they can start the countdown to Christmas tomorrow). You can find them on Alma Loveland's blog. I did change the colors to be more traditional Christmas colors, and then printed them off on cardstock (10x7"), cut around the ornaments, and stuck the 2 pieces together with double sided tape.
