Things are in full summertime swing at my house. We are running from swim lesson to park dates and pool parties. I am constantly looking for some healthy and quick snacks ideas for my kids and I to eat while almost always on the go.
Fruit is a must for us all year round, and that’s one reason I was so excited to try out DOLE Fruit in Jars. They are super easy, tasty, and very convenient for on the go families like ours. I love that the DOLE Fruit Jars have a resealable lid so you can use what you need and stick the rest in the fridge. And they are packed in 100% fruit juice, not a sugar syrup.
One thing I’ve learned is to pair fruit with some protein to pack the best snacking punch. So I worked up this fun Tropical Fruit and Greek Yogurt Parfait. I think you’ll love it just as much as I did!
Here’s how to make it:
- 1 jar of DOLE Fruit in Jars Tropical Fruit
- 1 carton of your favorite Vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2 crushed graham crackers (or add amount to your liking)
- Drizzle of honey
- Dash of cinnamon
First I layered my Vanilla Greek yogurt in the bottom of my parfait cup.
Then I added in the fruit. Oh does’t that look delicious already?
Sprinkle on your crushed graham crackers, cinnamon, and drizzle that honey.
