Caramel Klondike Volcano
Sponsored post by Lunchbox, all opinions are 100% my own.
Ice cream is a favorite treat at our house no matter the weather, but especially when it starts warming up. I took the original Klondike bars to the next level with this Caramel Klondike Volcano. It makes a pretty impressive dessert if I do say so myself. And the best part, it takes just seconds to make!
What would you do-oo-oo for a Klondike Bar?
Even without the whipped cream and caramel Klondike bars are my favorite ice cream treat. Vanilla chocolate covered in chocolate, nothing fancy just plain delicious.
That plain delicious makes a great base for our dessert. To make a volcano you’re going to take a hot knife (run it under hot water first) and cut into 4ths on the diagonal so you make little triangles
Stack the triangle on end to create Mt. Klondike.
Top with whipped cream, caramel and sliced almonds.
And in under a minute you have a Caramel Klondike Volcano which makes a pretty impressive dessert!
Do you know what’s even better than a quick dessert? Savings on the ice cream!

Living in the home of Target (Mpls/St. Paul) we’ve got a Target practically on every street corner…so lots of temptation to stop on my way home from school. Would love to win!!
I’d buy some Klondike bars, some silverware bundles because my kids keep making mine disappear somehow, and some white platters!

My family & I really like Breyers ice cream. 🙂
Fruttare because my daughter has a dairy allergy, and Klondike for me 🙂
I’d love to buy some new patio decorations as we prepare to host our daughters graduation party this summer! Thanks so much for this opportunity!
Would buy some gardening supplies! 🙂
If it were up to me, I think I’d spend it all on Red Vines. But I don’t think my wife would approve.
This looks like a great idea!
