Zucchini Tortellini Dish with Tomato & Basil Bertolli |

- -1 or 2 garlic cloves
- -1/2 onion chopped
- -1 large green zucchini
- -1 large yellow squash
- -1 jar Bertolli Tomato and Basil Sauce
- -Cheese Tortellini (frozen or in the refrigerator section)
- -1 T. Olive Oil
- -Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Cook your tortellini according to package. Cut up your onion, garlic, zucchini, and squash. In a pan, add 1 T. Olive Oil. Add in your garlic and onion. Next, add in your zucchini and squash. Saute over medium heat for 10 minutes...or until the zucchini is soft...but not too soft.
- Add in your Bertolli Tomato & Basil Sauce. Heat another 5-10 minutes.
- Add your sauce to the tortellini. Sprinkle parmesan on top. Bon Appetite!
