Peppermint Fudge Brownies |

- 1 cup butter, melted
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 4 tsp vanilla
- Frosting:
- ¼ cup evaporated milk
- ¼ cup butter, softened
- 3 drops peppermint oil
- 6 full size candy canes, crushed
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Mix butter and cocoa powder until fully combined.
- Add sugar and flour and mix until combined.
- Alternate adding 1 egg and 1 tsp vanilla mixing in between.
- Pour in a greased 9x13 pan
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean in the middle.
- Frosting:
- Mix milk, butter and peppermint oil until smooth (about 2 minutes)
- Add in chopped candy canes and mix until completely combined.
- Frost brownies.
