Gingerbread Biscuit Bites are the perfect bite-sized sweet treats for your holiday breakfast!
- One 8-count can of large, flaky layer biscuits
- ½ stick of unsalted butter, melted
- Gingerbread sugar (1/2 cup granulated sugar + 1 tablespoon cinnamon + ½ teaspoon each: ground ginger, ground cloves, ground nutmeg, allspice)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (or whatever temperature is called for on your package).
- Prepare a large baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
- Flatten each biscuit and use mini gingerbread cookies to cut two gingerbread shapes from each biscuit round.
- Place biscuit bites on baking sheet and bake according to package directions.
- While the biscuits are still warm, brush them with melted butter and dip in gingerbread sugar.
- Enjoy plain or dipped in Nutella or jam!
