Fried Ice Cream Milk Shake for Cinco de Mayo |

Put a twist on a classic Cinco de Mayo dessert with Fried Ice Cream Milk Shake!
Fried Ice Cream Crumble Topping
- ¾ cup graham cracker crumbs
- ¾ cup crushed corn flakes (crush corn flakes then measure to ¾ cup)
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
Each Milk Shake
- 8 oz. cold milk
- 3 scoops vanilla ice cream
Garnishes
- Whipped cream
- Squeezable caramel
Fried Ice Cream Crumble Topping
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, stir together graham cracker crumbs, crushed corn flakes, melted butter and brown sugar.
- Pat into an even single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12 - 14 minutes.
- Allow to cool and break into small pieces.
Milk Shakes
- Drizzle caramel inside the glasses.
- Blend milk and ice cream and fill each glass.
- Top with whipped cream.
- Drizzle with caramel.
- Add a generous handful of Fried Ice Cream Crumble Topping and enjoy!
- (The extra crumble topping is delicious on ice cream, yogurt and fruit.)
