Greek Pork Souvlaki Kebabs

Ingredients
  • 2 lb pork loin, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1¼ cup olive oil
  • 4 lemons, juiced
  • 2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¾ tsp Accent seasoning
  • 1½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Greek Leaf Fresh Oregano
Instructions
  1. Mix oils, lemon juice and seasonings. Place pork into Marinade and let marinate up to 2-3 days. Place on skewers and barbecue on grill. Can also add mushrooms, green peppers and onions to the skewers.
