Omelet Muffins for a Healthy on the Go Breakfast!
- 10-12 Eggs.
- ½ C. Milk
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- ½ tsp. Pepper
- ¼ tsp. Onion Powder
- Add ins: You Choose!!
- Hash Browns
- Ham
- Chopped Spinach
- Green Onion
- Different Cheeses
- Whisk together Eggs, milk and Salt, pepper and onion seasoning.
- Add in the hash browns, spinach, green onions, and cheese. Mix together.
- Using a ⅓ C. Measuring Cup, fill lined muffin tins.
- Bake at 350 Degrees for 20-25 minutes. Check the last 10 min and remove when the tops are a light brown.
