Omelet Muffins for a Healthy on the Go Breakfast!
Ingredients
  • 10-12 Eggs.
  • ½ C. Milk
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • ½ tsp. Pepper
  • ¼ tsp. Onion Powder
  • Add ins: You Choose!!
  • Hash Browns
  • Ham
  • Chopped Spinach
  • Green Onion
  • Different Cheeses
Instructions
  1. Whisk together Eggs, milk and Salt, pepper and onion seasoning.
  2. Add in the hash browns, spinach, green onions, and cheese. Mix together.
  3. Using a ⅓ C. Measuring Cup, fill lined muffin tins.
  4. Bake at 350 Degrees for 20-25 minutes. Check the last 10 min and remove when the tops are a light brown.
