Chocolate No Bake Cookie Protein Bites |

- ½ cup natural peanut butter (could also use almond butter)
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 serving of chocolate protein powder
- ¾ cup rolled oats
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- Mix peanut butter, honey, and vanilla together.
- Add protein powder and combine.
- Add the oats last and mix together well.
- Use a cookie scoop to scoop into balls.
- Store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks, or freeze.
