Chocolate No Bake Cookie Protein Bites

  • ½ cup natural peanut butter (could also use almond butter)
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 serving of chocolate protein powder
  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  1. Mix peanut butter, honey, and vanilla together.
  2. Add protein powder and combine.
  3. Add the oats last and mix together well.
  4. Use a cookie scoop to scoop into balls.
  5. Store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks, or freeze.
