Remodelaholic Guest Post-Paper Christmas Ornaments
Cassity from Remodelaholic is guest posting here today. Cassity and her husband are ultra talented and do amazing things on a small budget–just check out the chicken coop they built for their lucky chicks!
Hey There- I am so excited to be here on Crafting Chicks! Thanks for doing the swap with me. It was so fun when I found out that my friend from college Nikkala is part of this collaboration of these great girls. I am sure you love their site too! Well, to introduce myself, I am Cassity from Remodelaholic (I also just started a small crafting blog Polly Want a Crafter)! I am a SAHM of one really rambunctious 16 month old girl, and have another girl due mid February. My husband, Justin and I love to remodel. Here we are this Halloween, because, I love that holiday! (and I don’t know about you, but I always love to see a face with a name? right? (Live long and Prosper!- -if you didn’t get the quote we are Star Trekkies!!)
We are working (very slowly… now that we have kids!) on our third whole house remodel. We love to show you wheat we are doing when we can, and in the mean time we show off your great home improvement projects (or crafts on Polly) so please email me some project links, to see if we can feature you!! Today, I am going to share with you a SIMPLE Christmas crafting project. I did a series of 12 days of Paper Christmas Ornaments and Decorations– hard to pick one favorite, so we’ll just go with the very first day… (but check out the rest for sure!!)
- When flower is assembled, and glue is set, remove paper clips and add some glue to center, and place cut, embellished(optional) circle over the center of flower.
So cute!! Love paper projects!!
Oh those are too fun. I can see using them for a bunch of different things. Thanks for the guest post!
Squeeeeeal!
Thanks for the blog swap girls! I hope you are all having a great Christmas season! And I hope those that try this have a fun time!
I love this. I have been looking at my tree and thinking it needed a little something more. I just found it. Thanks for sharing. I also think these would look great on a gift.
