Stenciled Cork Board Tiles {Giveaway}

I was excited to try out a fun stencil from istencils this past week. I had all these fun ideas in my head and this is just one of the fun projects.

My girls are at that age where they LOVE to color. My fridge has become a collecting place for all the artwork. I decided it was time to make them something for their room where they could display their collections.

I went to WalMart and found these 12×12 cork board tiles. Of course I could have hung them up all plain and all, but I had my fun stencil from istencils. This place has a ton, and I mean a ton of different stencils. istencils has one of the largest online selections of stencils for home decor, custom clothing and more, including many different wall stencils,  including damask stencils,  alphabet & letter stencils. This is the place you need to go. I had a hard time deciding which one I wanted to try.

Since my tiles were 12×12 I got a 24×24 stencil and placed all my tiles together.

Then I taped my stencil onto the cork.

And the fun spray painting began.

And now my favorite part. Removing the stencil to see the results.

Here they are on the wall with some fun creations.

This was such a fun easy project yet the stencil just adds so much. I just love how it turned out. I’m thinking of getting another stencil for a family board. Wouldn’t that be so fun?!?

Do you want to try a stencil from istencils now? I’m sure there are projects just dying for a fun stencil design. Well, I’ve got good news for you!
