Ingredients
  

  • 2 C. flour
  • 1/2 C. salt
  • 2 C. water
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 1/4 C cream of tartar
  • a few drops of food coloring

Method
 

  1. Place all ingredients into a sauce pan.
  2. Place the pan over medium heat and stir until dough is completely formed and no longer sticky.
  3. Let dough cool before giving to little hands.
