Patriotic Flag Cake

Ingredients
  

  • French Vanilla Cake Mix made according to the direction
  • 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • Strawberries cut in half
  • Blueberries

Method
 

  1. Beat the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together until smooth.
  2. In another bow, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Use the Whipped Cream Frosting to frost the cake and then top with blueberries and strawberries to make a flag pattern. Pipe more frosting between the rows of strawberries and some on the blueberries to create stars
