(GIVEAWAY NOW CLOSED)
There are so many things you can do with stencils, and for this project I wanted to try something that I hadn’t seen before. This is when I thought of a simple project using a stencil from istencils. It’s perfect with Mother’s Day coming up…stenciled wrapping paper.
istencils has so many different stencils. istencils has one of the largest online selections of stencils for home decor, custom clothing and more, including many different wall stencils.
To make the stenciled wrapping paper, I used heavy duty butcher paper and seriously it was SOOOO easy. I used blue painter’s tape and taped the wrapping paper to a large picture frame, then taped the stencil down and used Glitter Blast and went to town. I chose to use Glitter Blast because I knew it would cover well and show up through the stencil. I used the 24×24 stencil and it worked really well.
Do you want to try a stencil from istencils now? I’m sure there are projects just dying for a fun stencil design. Well, I’ve got good news for you!
istencils wants to give one lucky Crafting Chicks reader a $50.00 gift certificate!

Ok, I have a secret love of Skulls, so I liked their skull selection BUT I can’t believe they had SO MUCH to chose from. I’d have to say Damasks, which is pretty general, but I’d probably buy more than one of those, the skulls – they have to be a certain type of skull and being a “Mom” that never sounds too good to admit too 😀 Great selection though!
I’m also a follower, but I’m hoping I did it right … :/
Kathy Knudsen says
