Ingredients
  

  • 1 c. butter softened
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp. cream of tartar

Method
 

  1. Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Mix in dry ingredients.
  2. Drop with a scoop onto baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes
