Hi Crafters! Its Linda from Craftaholics Anonymous® here today and I’m excited to share a Christmas tradition with you. A good friend shared her amazing Cinnamon Vanilla Milk recipe with me a few years ago and I fell in love with it! So each year, I make up a big batch of this easy drink mix and we sip it through the holidays. Its rich, creamy, and cinnamon-y. Its the perfect warm drink for cold winter nights! Oh and we have been known to give it out as Christmas gifts on more than one occasion 🙂
Cinnamon Vanilla Milk
And for a fun twist, sometimes I add a dash of caramel syrup to it. Yummm!
You really need to try this recipe! Everyone who tries it, loves it and asks for the recipe!
Warm Cinnamon Vanilla Milk Recipe
- 8 oz hot milk {I pop my mug of milk into the microwave for about one minute}
- 2 teaspoons French Vanilla Creamer
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Caramel Syrup {optional}
Stir all ingredients into the hot milk and stir until dissolved. {Some of the cinnamon will float to the top.} Serve with whip cream and a dash of cinnamon on top. For a twist add in a drizzle of caramel syrup. Enjoy!
I had a blast hanging out with the chicks today! I love these cute gals! Stop by Craftaholics Anonymous® for more Christmas crafts and ideas!
This looks delicious! I am not a coffee drinker but love a hot beverage and this looks amazing! Totally printing off the recipe and trying this week.
We only buy half and half, so what could I substitute for the French Vanilla Creamer?
vanilla? I’d probably start with 1/4t of vanilla & maybe add half & half as well!
Thanks!
Seriously Linda, this sounds like one of the most calming drinks ever and I can’t wait to try it on a chilly night.
