Creamy Caramel Apple Dip

One of my favorite Autumn treats are the fresh apples. And nothing goes better with apples than caramel. Add some cream cheese and I am one happy girl. I got this yummy recipe from my husband’s family and it has become a staple in our house. I love to whip it up and take it to a party, or just to a neighbor for a fun surprise.

Here’s what you’ll need to make it.

3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
8 oz soften cream cheese (I use the less fat kind and it seems to be even creamier)

Throw everything in a bowl and mix together until creamy. I have seen some people even throw in crushed up toffee candy bars for a fun crunch.

Serve with some yummy apples and you are all set!

Enjoy!!!

I’m guest posting today on Modern Mom’s Crafternoon. Come see what spooky treat I whipped up over there!

  1. Made this over the weekend & it was a huge hit. There were demands for more for tonight as we are getting ready for the festivities.
