Grateful Journal: 30 days of positivity and gratefulness

Grateful Journal: 30 days of positivity and gratefulness in your life. A tool to help you focus on gratitude in your everyday life.

Hello Crafting Chicks readers! I’m Michelle of Michelle Lea Creative. I’m so excited to share my Grateful Journal with you today. A tool to help you to spend 30 days focusing on the positivity and gratefullness in your life. I just read Shauna Niequist’s most recent book Present Over Perfect and it hit me deep in my heart. Like many of us, I have a desire to remove the constant hustle from my life and focus on those relationships that are most important. I want to look at my life and the life of others with grace and compassion. I hope the this pretty little journal will help you to look at the precious wonderful individuals and situations present in your life this November.

It was so much fun to design this Grateful journal and took great care in thinking about each section and it’s purpose. The journal includes daily prompts to document what you are grateful for that particular day. It also includes quotes and further prompts to contemplate how you are improving the lives of those around you and big dreams for the future.

Click HERE to download your journal.

You will want to fully download it from dropbox, don’t just print it from the dropbox screen. Next, select the double sided print option (if you don’t have this on your home computer, you can take it to any office store with printing capabilities), and binding on the short side. You will fold the pages down the middle so that dates are in order and then finish it off with two staples down the spine. I did use my scoring blade on my paper cutter to have a crisp and pretty fold for the pages.
