A few weeks ago The Chicks had an amazing girls night out—as much as we adore our children and husbands it was time to get together and enjoy delicious food and chat with each other without having to worry about chasing kids around a nice restaurant. 🙂 It was DIVINE, I tell you!

We dined at the incredible Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse in downtown Salt Lake City, where the ambiance was relaxing and the staff took such great care of us. Our server Maggie was so friendly and  knowledgeable and had us wanting to order everything on the menu with her vivid descriptions of the food. I was giddy.

We even got a chance to meet the experienced Executive Chef who prepared our meal perfectly. I think my stomach just growled just thinking about the petite filet mignon that melted in my mouth!! Best steak ever.

From the appetizers, to the salads, sides and succulent steaks (and salmon!), we were more than satisfied! 🙂 The famous steaks at Ruth’s Chris are seared at 1800 degrees and topped with fresh butter so they sizzle all the way to your table. Oh my. Oh my. I’d heard about them before and my steak definitely lived up to the hype. And the dessert! I’m still dreaming about the fresh berries and cream, it was heavenly. And totally healthy, right?!? 🙂
