I’m sharing a Fruit Basket Gift idea with a free printable tag today! I love giving neighbors, friends and family members gift baskets. Every gift is better in a basket:)

We found Paper Mart and love their site. Especially for gift wrapping, baskets, boxes, ribbon, containers, floral items and more! Perfect for business owners too that need to have cute packaging for their goods, and order in bulk. I loved their basket selection.

I found these adorable white floral baskets and knew they would make the perfect summertime gift basket. I love to gift fruit. Everyone needs it and most love it. And summertime fruit is the best. We love to add pineapples, mini watermelon, bananas, grapes, green apples and lemons for color. Or you can create a berry gift basket with all things berries…blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries. Try sneaking in some yummy fruit dip or a recipe for fruit dip.

We love giving this gift to friends and neighbors. I made a cute and bright free printable tag to go with the “Fruit” theme.

“I couldn’t have picked a better….” And you fill in the blank with neighbor, teacher, friend, co-worker, mom, dad, etc. Anyone you want to show your appreciation to.

Summertime is a great time to buy colorful, fresh fruit.What you need to make this Fruit Gift Basket:

–Baskets

–Striped Ribbon

–Tissue Paper

–Cellophane

-Various Fruit

-Free Printable Fruit Gift Tag (below)
I love how these white floral baskets come in 3 sizes. Choose the size that works best for your fruit gift basket. I chose the medium one for this particular basket.After downloading the free “PICKED” tag, add a name or word at the bottom. The one who will be receiving the gift. A teacher, friend, neighbor, co-worker, or family member.Cut out the circle  and using a hole punch, punch out two holes at the top to tie on after the fruit basket is wrapped up in cellophane.Add white tissue paper to the bottom of the basket.

Start building the fruit inside the basket.

Add larger pieces to the back of the basket.

Place smaller fruit items at the front.

Stagger the fruit so that the colors are spread out.

Add a pop of color in the front like the grapes in this basket.

Wrap with cellophane. Cut off the excess after you tie the top with ribbon. I love this bright pink striped ribbon.

Add the free printable “PICKED” tag.
