Step up your tailgating game with a game day charcuterie board.
College football rules at our house. On Saturdays my kids race to put out our game day flag and we don our game day shirts. When our team plays at home (go Aggies!) our game day experience starts in the stadium parking lot, tailgating before we find our seats in time for kickoff. When games are away we enjoy gathering around the TV and cheering them on from home. No matter where we’re watching you better believe there will be burgers and brats on game day!
Two Funny Girls personalized these game day supplies for us and I knew they would be great for a charcuterie board. I’ve seen beautiful charcuterie displays before, but wanted to put a game day twist on mine. Chips instead of crackers and grilled meats in place of cured meats. This would work great whether you’re tailgating from home or in the parking lot.
First, I covered the table with brown paper and placed the personalized cutting board in the center.
Then I started by adding the burgers and brats to the board and added the fixings to the table.

My favorite thing about serving food this way is that there is nothing I wouldn’t normally serve but as the food swirls and blends together it makes an absolutely beautiful display.
