Kleenex Teacher Gift Idea with Printable Tag

printable-tags-for-teachers

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Huggies and Kleenex for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine. I don’t know about you, but it seems like I can never have enough Kleenex© Ultra Soft around my house. As a mother of 3 little girls, it seems like someone is always sniffling or sneezing especially when school starts and the germs start to circulate. The Kleenex Ultra Soft Facial Tissues are the best because they are super soft for those sensetive noses.   I love to give Kleenex Ultra Soft to our new school teachers each year too, since they are dealing with a lot more sniffles and sneezes then I am on a daily basis. That’s another reason I buy a big pack of Kleenex© Ultra Soft from Sam’s Club. Then I can still have a stockpile at my house and be fine with gifting these. Another time saver is that Sam’s Club offers FREE online Order Pickup so you [Read More...]

Father’s Day Handprint Tree 2014

Father's Day Handprint Tree for 2014

  Here it is! The 2014 Father’s Day Handprint Tree!  The requests for this have started rolling in.  I honestly planned on having it up earlier, but I still think you have plenty of time to get this done and ready to gift to those special Dads in your life. I went simple this year with just a brown stitch boarder. Once again my girls were super eager to get their hands painted and press them into the tree.  Hope your kids, and Dads, love it as much as we do! (For personal use only, not for resale. MERRY KISSMAS Treat Bags

MERRY-KISSMAS-1

This post is sponsored by HERSHEY’S KISSES but all opinions, designs, and images are all my own.   The holiday season is upon us and now it’s time to find small ways to show people that we care.  I love putting together small simple gifts that I can hand out for fun or as a party favor for holiday guests.  It also helps if I can find a way to get my girls helping so they can see that making things for others is fun and rewarding. These “MERRY KISSMAS” treat bags are a simple way to spread holiday cheer amongst family and friends during the Christmas season. And the bonus is that my girls love to fill these little bags with their favorite HERSHEY’S KISSES Brand Milk Chocolates and give them to their friends at school before winter break starts. This is a super easy project kids can help with. Start by downloading the file and print 1 color [Read More...]

Advent Activities by KoJo Designs {Christmas Tradition Series}

advent

We met Kirstin a couple years ago at SNAP! and she is much fun, plus she has some mad sewing skills! ********************************** Hey Crafting Chicks friends! I am Kirstin, half of the sister team that blogs at kojodesigns and Shiny Happy Sprinkles, and I am thrilled to be here today as part of this Christmas Traditions series! We have a lo-ong list of Christmas traditions in our house- from an annual ornament exchange to making and enjoying special holiday recipes (my mom’s fudge, my dad’s green chile, my mother-in-law’s seven layer bars, my sister’s green chile cheese ball!) to always getting new jammies on Christmas Eve, to a whole list of special holiday movies that we watch each year, to baking a birthday cake for Jesus. Our Christmas tradition that wraps all of these into one, however, is our Advent Calendar. We fill each day’s pouch with a treat and an activity- and we make sure to hit all of [Read More...]

Santa Sack Printables

Santa-Sack-printables

Today I am over on Tater Tots and Jello sharing our new Christmas tradition– The Santa Sack. I don’t know about you, but it seems like each year we accumulate more and more toys.  I thought this would be the perfect solution to our problem and hopefully it will help your family out too. Each year when our elf Peter comes, he will bring this sack with him and the cute little printable attached.  I will probably work out some kind of Family Home Evening lesson to go with it so that the girls know that we have plenty and need to worry about helping others by giving what we have excess of to those who don’t have much or any.  If I do anything formal I’ll make sure I share it here. So head over to Tater Tots and Jello to get my tutorial for making the bag, and if you are coming here from there, then here’s your [Read More...]
