Inspirational Quotes: Free Printable Bookmarks
Hello Crafting Chicks readers! I am so excited to be sharing my inspirational quotes, printable bookmarks with you today. I’m Michelle from Michelle Lea Creative, photographer and graphic designer living in Northern Virginia.
I adore books and their beautiful papers, fonts, graphics and words. You can find books stacked up and displayed all around my house. It makes me feel smarter and more organized by it all haha, but I fail miserably at actually finishing a book. I don’t know about you, but I am constantly falling asleep in the middle of reading…. so a bookmark is an absolute must for me when reading. My days are constantly going full throttle and constantly worrying that I could be missing out on life with my family, missing out on growth opportunities for my business, and missing out on taking care of myself. I think that this is a very common endless worry that women and Moms deal with. When brainstorming design ideas for the bookmarks, I decided to use two inspirational quotes that would remind me to enjoy the moments in life.
“Let me love you a little more before you’re not little anymore.” Ohh this one tugs at my Mom heart. We have three children ages 3-15 and those little moments go by so quickly. Luckily the fleeting moments are replaced by new moments to cherish and enjoy.
“Be patient with yourself nothing in nature blooms all year.” We are constantly bombarded with apps on our phone, social media, email, 24 hour news, and constant streams of how we should be doing more and conquering the world… and how we should be multi-tasking and having it all. At times we forget that we are meant to have seasons of rest and stillness.
