Carrot Cake Easter Bark
Loaded with colorful sprinkles and carrot cake kisses, this easy no-bake Carrot Cake Easter Bark is a fun dessert to make with the kids or package up for yummy Easter gifts!
Hey everyone! Keri here from Shaken Together. I am a working mom of two teen boys, wife of almost 17 years, list maker, sandal addict and lover of no-fuss food and easy entertaining! I love stopping by each month to share a fun recipe with you. And I totally think this Carrot Cake Easter Bark is pretty fun … I mean, it is loaded with sprinkles and has bite sized pieces of carrot cake kisses pressed into smooth swirly white chocolate!
If you’ve been around for a little while, then you know how much I love candy bark. I’ve shared Worms & Dirt Chocolate Bark for Summer and Milk & Cookies Bark for Christmas … and now, Carrot Cake Easter Bark!! You only need a few basic supplies to make a a big pan of this easy Easter dessert.
- Baking sheet
- Parchment paper
- White chocolate chips, white/vanilla candy melts, vanilla Candiquik, etc.
- Green candy melts
- Sprinkles – I used carrot shaped sprinkles, white jimmies, orange and green Sixlets and green sugar
- Carrot Cake HERSHEY’S Kisses (If you haven’t tried these yet, they are dangerously delicious in the best possible way. Oh, my YUM!)
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. This makes clean up easy and allows the bark to peel away when you’re ready to break it into pieces. Unwrap and coarsely chop about 12 – 15 carrot cake HERSHEY’S Kisses. Melt the chocolate/candy melts according to package directions. Spread the melted chocolate into a large rectangle on the parchment lined baking sheet.
Melt the green candy melts (I used a mini drizzle pouch) and add a few puddles of green chocolate. Slowly swirl the green chocolate into the white chocolate.
Once the chocolate is swirled, add the chopped carrot cake kisses and then go to town with sprinkles! This is the perfect job for little hands 🙂
I absolutely LOVE the pops of orange, green and white … perfect for Carrot Cake Easter Bark! Allow the bark to cool completely before handling. (The warmth of the melted chocolate will soften the kisses slightly, so if you allow the bark to cool, they will keep their shape in the bark.) Once cool and set, break the bark into pieces.
Package this Easter treat in cello bags for gifts, pile it on a cake stand for pre-dinner nibbling or leave it with a glass of milk (or carrot juice?) for the Easter Bunny!

Can’t wait to see you all again next month … in the mean time, I’d love it if you would stop by Shaken Together and say hi!!
