Galaxy Slime
Galaxy Slime is the perfect slime for your star gazing kids. This slime is colorful and full of sparkles, just like the galaxy.
If you have any slime obsessed kids at your house, you are in good company. My girls beg to make slime EVERYDAY! Sometimes I give in and I win the Mother of the Year award from my girls.
This is our latest batch and it was a good one. We sure loved it and decided that it was just like the galaxy. Colorful, bright and full of sparkles.
Here’s what you’ll need to make some Galaxy Slime:

- Contact Solution
- Clear Glue
- Star Glitter
- Silver Glitter
- Baking Soda
- Pom Poms, we used mini and regular.
Step 1:
Begin by pouring clear glue into a bowl.
Step 2:
Add in 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda to 1/2 cup of warm water. Mix together until baking soda dissolves.
Step 3:
Stir in the water and baking soda mixture to the clear glue.
Step 4:
Add you mix-ins to the glue mixture. I used silver glitter, gold star glitter, and various sizes and colors of pom poms.
Step 5:
Now you will slowly add in some contact solution. I add then mix. Then add some more and mix again. You don’t want to add too much because then it will get hard.
Step 6:
Once the slime isn’t as sticky, pick it up and start to mix by hand. Mix for about 10 minutes and add more contact solution as needed.
