I think I’ve mentioned before how much my girls and I love looking through the Oriental Trading catalogs and choosing which products would make fun class Valentines. I may not do tons of super fun things other holidays, but I sure love making fun valentines for my girls each year. Our site is full of them so I know Jamie and Nikkala like making them too.
When my second daughter saw these Top Secret Invisible Ink Markers, she knew she wanted them. And suddenly I had an idea of what kind of tag I could make for them.
Here’s what you need to make some Top Secret Valentine Printables of your own.
- Top Secret Invisible Ink Markers
- Scissors
- Stapler

Step 1:
Download, cut out and have your child address the probables to classmates.
You’ll also have them write their name in the white box with a white Top Secret Invisible Ink Marker. Now they won’t be able to see their name after but you should be able to get a feel for what their name should look like. You can always do a couple practice runs if needed.
We were slightly nervous that the classmates might not be able to see who these were from after all, so my daughter wrote her name on the back in the corner just in case. I’ll report back on this.
Step 2:
Fold the tags in half. I added a faint grey line to the printable so that you know where to fold. It makes it easier for the kids to do this themselves with the line in place.
Step 3:
Once the tags have been folded, place them over top of the packing tag and staple in place.
We are so excited for these to be handed out to the kids in her class. I think they will be a huge hit.

This is such a cute idea. My invisible pens have a light though, not a dark marker….Any chance I can get an editable version so I can change the wording?
I don’t have an editable version but I can make a printable for the light up pens. We have some of those too.
