Easiest Cheescake

Cheesecake with graham cracker crust on a plate with a fork

Easiest Cheesecake

I was craving cheesecake the other night. It reminded me of this recipe which just has to be the Easiest Cheesecake ever. It is so creamy and smooth and that’s all because I use a special weapon. My  Blendtec blender. It makes this cheesecake so easy because you just place all the ingredients into the jar and mix away. Just try it and you’ll see how amazing it is.

So if you were thinking that a blender is just for milkshakes and smoothies, think again. I love all the incredible things this blender can do.

  6. I was in Costco last week and the blendtec rep was there. He told me that you can grind wheat into flour with their machine. I want one so bad! I make whole wheat bread for my family and right now I have an old wheat grinder that sprays wheat flour all over the place when I grind it.I usually have to go out into the freezing cold to grind the flour because my daughter has severe asthma and the fine wheat flour gets in the air when I grind it in the kitchen. I would so love to have a blendtec blender!! It would help me in so many ways to continue to try to feed my family healthy foods!
