Ginger Ball Cookies
Ginger Ball Cookies are a family favorite recipe that has been passed down from my grandma. It’s now a recipe that my girls love to make. It’s so easy and quick and my girls love to roll the ginger cookie dough into balls and then into the sugar before placing on the cookie sheet.
These cookies remind me of the Thanksgiving and Christmas because of the perfect ginger flavor. But I’ve loved making them in the summer months too.
They are the perfect cookie for welcoming kids home from school. I like to make these and pour my girls a glass of milk while they tell me about their day. It seems like kids just open up when they have a warm treat and cold glass of milk.
