- Hole Punch
How to assemble Halloween Treat Tag Gifts:
Step 1:
Download and print the free printable treat tags.
Step 2:
Cut out the treat tags using scissors or a paper cutter.
step 3:
Punch a hole in the top of the tag.
Step 4:
Add candy and Halloween treats to a cellophane bag.
step 5:
Use black and white ribbon to tie the tag to the treat bag.
