Book T-Shirt SVG Cut Files
I’m so excited to kick off our READING week! I designed some book t-shirt svg cut files so you can support your little book worms with their reading. These would also be really cute on a library bag they could take to the library to fill with their next haul.
This first shirt couldn’t be more true for my second child. He would read all night if he could! And believe me, he tries! If you’re a reader or you know a reader you know they will go to great lengths to “just finish this page” or “after this chapter” but that never happens cause there’s another page and another chapter just one page turn away.
Bookmarks are for quitters! Dang straight, the only reason you need a bookmark is if you are going to actually set the book down.
And obviously, if one of the first shirts rings true then this one will too! There’s just no stopping a child with their nose stuck in a book, and should we?
You can download all three designs below. All are designed to be used with your Cricut or Silhouette machine. The file will download as a ZIP file, which you will need to unzip. When you unzip it will create a folder with two files in it. One is the terms of use and the other is the SVG. The SVG is what you will upload into your cutting software.
Tell me, if you have a reader what are they loving? Please include if it’s a boy or girl and their age too. I’m always looking for more books to add to our library.

the “Bookmarks are for quitters” file doesn’t download… just takes you to a picture of the file. The other 2 work fine!
Ooops, thanks for letting me know. It’s now working!
Nik, I love these. Can’t decide if “I read past my bedtime” is just the truth or encouraging the habit. I wouldn’t mind if she wouldn’t wake up so cranky!
These are so cute. Thank you. My teenager is going to love these.
I love your ideas to encourage the kids to continue reading throughout the summer!

Thanks Jackie! We’d rather tear them away from a book then a device. 😉
These are awesome! My bookworm already has a “I read past my bedtime” shirt, in fact she wore it yesterday, but she needs bookmarks are for quitters! Thanks for sharing!
Heck! I’m making some for myself. I’m an Elementary School Librarian. The School for Good & Evil (if you like Harry Potter) & there is always The Warriors based on rural cats. It’s been popular in my library since my 23 year old was in 5th grade.
The “I read past my bedtime” file is distorted in silhouette studio. Very cute design, though.
