Use this Free Printable Stocking Template for a cute and easy gift idea for kids. Attach a candy cane using tape and you’re done!
Hello there! This is Katie from The Casual Craftlete blog. Today, I am excited to share a free printable stocking template and a cute gift idea to go along with the printable. I was trying to come up with a simple and inexpensive gift idea for my daughter to make for her friends at school. I just love this adorable stocking with a candy. Everyone loves candy and this gift idea is perfect for the holiday season.
I am a big fan of paper crafts and pretty paper pads. Paper is so easy to use and the endless patterns and colors are customizable to any holiday. This year I am really loving the whimsical, non-traditional colors. My daughter’s favorite color is pink so this paper pad is just perfect for her and her little friends.

- Cut out stockings using a pair of scissors.
- Trace the cut-out stockings on a piece of 6 x 6 inch scrapbook paper or cardstock.
- Place a candy cane in the center of the stocking.
- Use a piece of washi tape or tape to adhere the candy cane to the stocking.
It’s as easy as that! OR you could put a piece of scrapbook paper into your computer printer and print the stocking that way. It will eliminate step 2 above.
