Gingerbread Playdough Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1/2 C. Salt
  • 2 T. Cream of Tartar
  • 2 T. Canola Oil or Vegetable Oil
  • 2 T. Cinnamon
  • 4 tsp. Ginger
  • 2 tsm. Nutmeg
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract (optional)

Step 1:

Mix all dry ingredients together in a large pot.

Step 2:

Over medium heat, add water, oil, and vanilla extract.

Step 3:

Stir constantly for 3-5 minutes until the dough forms a ball.

Step 4:

Remove and let cool for a few minutes.

Step 5:

Knead until smooth. Store playdough for up to a week in an airtight container or plastic bag in the fridge.
