Halloween Style Scattergories
Put on your thinking caps and get ready for a game of Halloween Style Scattergories!
Halloween Style Scattergories
I loved playing Scattergories as a kid. We created this Halloween version to use in class parties, but you could use it for family night or a Halloween game night at home. Unlike the normal game, we don’t have a nifty alphabet dice, so we have letters in the black boxes you can use for each round. The download below includes 2 different versions, so you could play a total of 8 rounds, if the attention of your audience holds.
As a quick refresher, to play, you’ll set a timer. Depending on the age group you are working with you could set it for 3 minutes or longer if they need it. The challenge is to come up with a word that fits the description and starts with the letter at the top. The key is to come up with different words than others in your group. At the end of the round you’ll go down the list and share your answer. If no one else wrote the same thing, you get a point. Person with the most points wins.

Oh man, I’m sorry. I’ll get that fixed!
I can’t figure out which link downloads the printables. Can you please point me to the right direction? BTW these are SUPER cute!!
There is a box that says “Download Here” that is where you’ll find all our downloads on our pages. 🙂
