How to Make DIY New Year’s Confetti Poppers
Follow these simple steps to create fun poppers that kids will love:
- Cut the end off a balloon. Tie the balloon’s mouth into a knot.
- Stretch the cut balloon piece over one end of the toilet paper roll. Make sure it fits tight.
- Secure the balloon with tape so it won’t slip.
- Decorate the toilet paper roll with streamers, stickers, or markers.
- Add pom poms, confetti, or other small pieces inside the top of the roll.
- Pull the balloon knot back, then release to create a fun pop.

Step 1:
Tie a knot in the end of the ballon and trim it open. Then stretch it to fit around one end of the craft roll.
