Party Theme:

At the top of the party plan printable, begin by filling in the theme for your party.

Date and Time:

Nail down a date and time for your party. But remember you can be flexible about a week up to the party. Invitations should go out about 6-7 days before a party.

Guest List:

Add a list of your guests. I love having the list written down. It helps you to not forget those you would like to invite. Check off each name as you address their invitation.

Invitations:

Write down what invitations you would like to send. You can choose to DIY the invites and mail or hand deliver them, or send an invite online. Add the date you would like invitations to go out as a good reminder.

Activities:

Brainstorm fun activities for your party. Add them to this space. Write down supplies you will need for each activity. Keep in mind age appropriate activities for kid parties.

Food/Drinks:

What’s a party without food! Add a list of what food/dessert items or drinks you would like to serve. You can add a list of groceries you may need, and what items you can buy already made.

Decorations:

My favorite part. But decorations can get tricky! and too much of a hassle. Choose top items you would like to add to your party decor. Favorite party decor items that we love are banners, balloons, cupcake toppers, paper fans, and lanterns, and colorful tablecloths. Even just decorating one table is enough and will get all the guests excited!

Games and Prizes:

Add a list of party game ideas and some prize ideas for guests. It’s always nice to have a game or two…or three!

Party Favors:

Write down some easy and inexpensive ideas for a cute party favor for your guests! This can be simple with a “thank you for coming” note attached.

Miscellaneous:

In this section, you can add some extra ideas for your party. This is also a good place to jot down a budget for your party, or ideas that you still aren’t sure about for your party.Party Plan Printable and party planning tips!
