Our family has a tradition of a special Christmas morning breakfast each year. Our kids love to have family gathering around our dining table after opening and sharing gifts. They love visiting with family, eating at our festive Christmas table, and eating our special breakfast feast.
I will share some of our favorite Christmas Decor from Oriental Trading this year, and how to use it to create the perfect Christmas breakfast or dinner table.

Steps to create a Plaid Christmas Table Settings:
First, begin by creating the perfect place settings.
Begin by placing the Gold Scalloped Charger in each place.
Layer paper plates on top of the Gold Charger. Start with the Large Red Square Dinner Plates and place a White Hexagon Plates on top for extra pizzazz!
Layer napkins and mini plaid stockings at each place setting on top of the plates.
I love using paper plates, especially classy ones like these for our holiday parties. Paper plates are so cute and make such less mess for the hostess! It’s nice to spend more time with family on these holiday occasions instead of doing dishes.
We love adding something extra special at each place setting. Like these mini plaid stockings. Fill each stocking with treats for the guests. Place one on each plate for a little surprise!
Steps to Create a Plaid Christmas Table Centerpiece:
Begin by adding a classic Plaid Table Runner to your dining table.
Add Gold Lanterns in different sizes along the center of the table. Add White Battery Operated Candles inside the lanterns.
Place Flocked Pine Christmas Picks along the center of the table around the lanterns.
Create a DIY wool felt pom pom garland.
With a needle, thick thread or string and wool Felt Pom Poms create the cutest garland to line the table.
Choose colors from the wool Felt Pom Poms like green, tan, white and red, or any color you would like!
Using a needle, thread each Pom Poms onto string until you get the desired length.
The pom pom garland looks amazing wrapped around the lanterns. The Christmas garland gives just the right pop over the green pine picks!
Family, friends and guests will love this classic inviting space!
