White & Gold Michaels Makers Dream Tree

I am so excited to reveal my “Dream Tree” today! I love this Michaels Makers Challenge and can’t wait to share all the details of my White & Gold Michaels Makers Dream Tree.

After getting inspired from others at The Glue String, Michaels Blog full of ideas, I knew I wanted to go with a pretty & fancy tree! This tree’s theme began with “I’m Dreaming of a White Christmas,” and then ended with “I’m Dreaming of a White Christmas…with metallic touches.”

I love Christmas and the feeling in brings into our home. This pretty tree has warmed up our family room and makes us happy.

The tree I decorated is 9 feet. It is so tall and pretty! The best part was how easy it was to assemble! I didn’t even need my husbands help:)

All of the tree decor can be found at Michaels. It saves so much time being able to find all of the tree decorations in one spot!
I chose a lot of white, gold and silver for my tree. Large gold snowflakes were perfect to fill in empty spaces…and I love how they sparkle.
The white garland was my favorite thing to add to my tree this year. It looks so pretty…almost like snow on the tree.I love wrapping my trees in berry garland. I found this gold garland and love how brightens the tree.Michaels had a great selection of metallic ornaments. I loved these pretty round gold, rose gold, and silver ornaments…with pretty glitter stripes.
Top off the tree with pretty gold and white sparkly icicles.Fill in empty spots with textured white ornaments…they look like snow balls. And add pretty white tree picks.The tree skirt I chose for my pretty tree, was a white skirt with fur edges. So pretty and warm!Throw in some winter pillows around the tree.
