Omelet Muffins for an Easy on the Go Healthy Breakfast!

What You’ll Need for Omelet Muffins:

10-12 Eggs.

1/2 C. Milk

1 Tsp. Salt

1/2 tsp. Pepper

1/4 tsp. Onion Powder

Add ins: You Choose!!

Hash Browns

Ham

Chopped Spinach

Green Onion

Different Cheeses

Omelet Muffins Directions:

Whisk together Eggs, milk and Salt, pepper and onion seasoning.

Add in the hash browns, spinach, green onions, and cheese. Mix together.

Using a 1/3 C. Measuring Cup, fill lined muffin tins.

Bake at 350 Degrees for 20-25 minutes. Check the last 10 min and remove when the tops are a light brown.

Instructions

  2. Add in the hash browns, spinach, green onions, and cheese. Mix together.
  3. Using a ⅓ C. Measuring Cup, fill lined muffin tins.
  4. Bake at 350 Degrees for 20-25 minutes. Check the last 10 min and remove when the tops are a light brown.
