Cinnamon and Brown Sugar Popcorn

I’m sure many of you have heard of the wonderful ladies Sara and Katie from Our Best Bites. We love these ladies and were so excited when we were asked to review their latest cookbook 400 Calories of Less with Our Best Bites.
I have both of their other cookbooks, Our Best Bites: Mormon Moms in the Kitchen Cookbook, and Savoring the Seasons with Our Best Bites Cookbook, and they are some of my favorite cookbooks ever! I really love them.
I love the idea behind this new cookbook. It gives you options for meals, snacks and desserts that are at 400 calories or under. This is great for me and anyone else wanting to watch what they eat a little more closely.
We are a popcorn loving family so I decided to try out the Cinnamon and Brown Sugar Popcorn. It was so easy and yummy.
- 8 cups popped popcorn (this was a ½ cup unpopped for me.)
- 2 TBLS unsalted butter, melted
- 2 TBLS brown sugar
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- salt to taste
- Place popcorn in a large bowl. In a small bowl, stir together melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until completely combined. Drizzle over popcorn and quickly toss to coat popcorn evenly. Serve immediately.
