Halloween Slap Bracelet Corsages
This may be the most ridiculous craft I’ve ever done – and I love it so much! A couple years ago I spotted a slap bracelet corsage in the Halloween section and I loved it. Immediately I thought what a fun project that would be to make with friends for a Ghoul’s Night Out.
Fast forward to last week when I spotted these slap bracelets at Michael’s. I threw these babies in the cart and grabbed a few picks and sprays from the Halloween section and I was so excited to get home and put some together. Forget the friends, I was not waiting to plan a party to turn snap bracelets into corsages. It’s like my elementary school years and my high school dances collided.
I picked up some flowers, and pumpkins and all sorts of glittery goodness and then pulled out a random assortment of ribbon and tulle from my stash. I started cutting and gluing (just used a hot glue gun) and before long I had 3 fun and glittery corsages put together.
I think the funnest part was that there’s no wrong or right way to do these – the more ridiculous the better I say. Just start and then keep adding until you find something you’d be proud to slap on your wrist.
Whether you make these with friends, or just to add to your Halloween costume-do it! They are so fun!
I’ll be wearing my corsage on Halloween while cooking up these delicious doughnuts to hand out to our trick-or-treaters.
Saw these on pinterest… and I think I just have to make some very soon.
Too bad my Michaels is closed right this minute or I’ve be going NOW.
Thanks so much for sharing your creativity. Happy Halloween from a copycat!!
