Here’s what you’ll need to make your own Hello Kitty DIY Paper Lanterns:

- Mini White Paper Lanterns
- Bright Foam sheets
- Black and White Striped Satin Ribbon
- Hot Pink Tulle Pom-Pom
Start by cutting 6 strips of black foam for Hello Kitty’s whiskers.
Next you’ll add a yellow oval nose.
Once you have the nose and whiskers on the white paper lantern, you can add the black oval eyes.
Now cut out 2 rounded white triangles for Hello Kitty’s ears.
Finally, throw on a pink bow for Hello Kitty’s signature look.
To Make the Hello Kitty Paper Lantern Garland:
String the Hello Kitty DIY Paper Lanterns on a Black and White Striped Satin Ribbon alternating with Hot Pink Tulle Pom-Poms. SO CUTE!
