Letter Board Letter Organization Idea

Letter Board Letter Organization Idea

Lately I’ve been on an organization rampage! I feel like I start to go nuts when items in our home do not have a place. It’s hard to ask my kids to help put household items away when we don’t even know where to store that item.

Getting new craft supplies and decor for my home is so much fun, but with it comes the task of finding a place to store the items. Recently, I got my first letter board. I love it. It makes for some fun decor in our home. The tiny letters get everywhere! Each time we would add a new quote or saying on the letter board, it took forever to find each letter in the sack of letters.

To enjoy our letter board, I had to come up with a plan for all of the little letters, numbers, and signs.

I’m so excited to reveal how easy it was to organize all the letter board letters! Hoping this helps some of you as you with cute letter boards in your home.

What You’ll Need for Letter Board Letter Organization:

Letter Board with Letters

Plastic Container with Dividers for Beads and other small objects

Label Maker

Paper Label Tape

How to Create a Letter Board Letter Organizer:

1- Using a label maker and label tape, make mini strips for the letter compartments. I added about 2, or 3 letters or numbers to each compartment.

2-Stick the printed labels on each compartment that coordinates with the letters in that section.

3-Sort the letters, numbers and signs into the divided compartments, coordinating with the new label. My kids loved helping with this.

4-Add a Label to the top of the container that reads “Letter Board Letters.”

5-Now add a quote or message on your letter board. See how easy it is to find the letters!
