Mom’s Easy Homemade Meatloaf Recipe
Mom’s Easy Homemade Meatloaf Recipe is a great addition to any meal plan. This hearty main dish will have your kids asking for more.
I remember my mom making this delicious Meatloaf recipe when I was younger. This recipe became a staple in my house when my husband and I were in college. He’s kinda picky eater so I was surprised when he could gobble this right up.
Once we had our girls, I let this recipe slip from my rotation and just recently pulled it back out. It is so yummy. Just looking back at these pictures is making me crave it. I think it’s going on the meal plan for tonight.
Here’s what you’ll need to make it:
-
1 lbs hamburger
-
1 packet of onion soup mix
-
1 egg
-
1 slice of bread, crumbled up, or 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
-
1/3 cup ketchup
-
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
Mom’s Easy Homemade Meatloaf Recipe mixes up quick and easily and bakes for 1 hour. I love that it takes a little bit longer to cook that most main dishes. It gives me time to prep my side dishes. I like to serve this with a green salad, mashed or baked potato, and another vegetable.
- 1 lbs hamburger

- 1 egg
- 1 slice of bread, crumbled up, or ½ cup of breadcrumbs
- ⅓ cup ketchup
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce

Make sure you add this one to your meal plan. You will have some happy family members.
