“Planting Smiles” Nature Inside- Free Printable

Add a little touch of nature inside with this “Planting Smiles” free printable!

Anyone who knows me over on A Modern Teacher knows that I love flowers. In fact, you might have gathered that from my post on Crafting Chicks HERE. I just don’t think I have enough flowers in my life, so I decided to make a printable, bring nature inside, and share it with you! YAY! You could add this to your gallery wall or frame it!

 

In addition to grocery bought flowers, I am one of those people that love signs in their homes. I just like the signs to be super, super simple. In fact, I tend to err on the side of too simple with my prints vs. too “busy”. I think simple quote signs and just plain sayings are so fun and great reminders to not only us mommas, but also the kids. I especially love the funny ones like “drop your drawers here”, a sign I have in my laundry room. Too fun!

So, let’s bring nature inside! And have fun making the heart too! The floral heart adds a little texture to the collage.

To make this free “Plant Smiles” home decor printable, you’ll need:

*this FREE DOWNLOAD

*any scrapbook paper of choice (I found these pretty papers at Hobby Lobby) Choose something with a fairly plain background so you can see the words

*paper flowers

The Steps:

1. Download the FREE PRINTABLE

2. Print the signs on paper of choice (this is a 8.5×11 sign)

3. Glue/Stick the paper flowers in a heart shape on one of the papers

And that’s it! Display on clipboards, in frames, on a gallery wall or wherever!
