Pumpkin and Spice Cake

If you love all things pumpkin I have a recipe for you! I’ve had several different pumpkin cake recipes and have loved them all. But this cake is super easy cause it starts with a box mix and then you add in some other ingredients to make it super moist and yummy! Trust me. This is one to try!

Pumpkin and Spice Cake

Ingredients

1 package spice cake mix
1 can (15 oz) pumpkin
1 cup Miracle Whip Dressing
3 eggs
½ package of cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp of butter
1 Tbsp. milk
½ tsp. vanilla
2 cups of powered sugar

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease 13x9 pan and set aside. Beat cake mix, pumpkin, dressing and eggs in a large bowl on medium speed until well blended. Our into prepared pan.
Bake 32-35 mins or until wooden toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely in pan.
To Make the Frosting:
Beat cream cheese, butter, milk, and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Gradually add sugar, beating ager each addition until well blended. Spread over cooled cake. Store any leftovers in the fridge.
